In case of unusual filth on your fur product, we recommend placing some talcum powder or cornmeal into the fleece, rubbing gently, and then shaking off the excess. This should help remove the filth by absorbing any dirt or spills.

Stubborn Stains

For stubborn stains, you can spot clean using a mild detergent or soap and water, then dry your product with a blow dryer.

Nonetheless, we understand that circumstances may change or that you may prefer to exchange your product for one that better matches your luxury needs.

With your best interest in mind, we allow returns within one week of receipt of the products.

Needless to say, all returns must be in the same new condition they were received in.

The buyer is responsible for shipping and insuring the item(s) to be returned. We suggest asking UPS or FedEx for a signed release.
