Refund policy

We hope each Alpaca Gold Standard piece is received and experienced as intended. If a return or exchange is required, requests may be submitted in accordance with the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they remain:

  • unused and unwashed
  • in original condition
  • with original packaging and tags included

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • custom or personalised pieces
  • made-to-order items
  • final sale items
  • items showing signs of use, alteration, or damage after delivery

Exchanges

Exchanges may be requested subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered where applicable.

If approved, return instructions will be provided directly.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please allow additional processing time depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Return Shipping

Unless otherwise required by law or confirmed by our team, return shipping arrangements and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges, duties, and import taxes are non-refundable where applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly after delivery with relevant photographs and order details so the matter may be reviewed appropriately.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import procedures determined by the destination country. These charges and processes remain the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.
