Exchanges may be requested subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered where applicable.
To request a return or exchange, please contact our team with your order information before sending any item back.
If approved, return instructions will be provided directly.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please allow additional processing time depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Unless otherwise required by law or confirmed by our team, return shipping arrangements and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping charges, duties, and import taxes are non-refundable where applicable.
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly after delivery with relevant photographs and order details so the matter may be reviewed appropriately.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import procedures determined by the destination country. These charges and processes remain the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We have made our best to deliver the finest Luxurious Alpaca Fur products to
you and nothing would make us happier than knowing our products
exceeded your expectations. Nonetheless, we understand that circumstances
may change or that you may prefer to exchange your product to one that
better matches your luxury needs.
With your best interest in mind, is that we allow returns within one week of
products receipt.
Needless to say, all returns need to be in the same new conditions they were
received in.
This return policy applies only to our line products and do not apply to goods
made up to the customer’s specifications or that were specifically
customized.
Buyer is responsible for shipping and insuring the item(s) to be returned. We
suggest asking UPS or FedEx for a signed release.
