Shipping will be calculated at check-out. The order will be packaged and dispatched within the next working day, and you will receive tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

Returns And Exchanges Policy

We have done our best to deliver the finest Luxurious Alpaca Fur products to you, and nothing would make us happier than knowing our products exceeded your expectations. Nonetheless, we understand that circumstances may change or that you may prefer to exchange your product for one that better matches your luxury needs.

With your best interest in mind, we allow returns within one week of receipt of the products.

Needless to say, all returns must be in the same new condition they were received in.

This return policy applies only to our line products and does not apply to goods made to the customer’s specifications or that were specifically customized.

The buyer is responsible for shipping and insuring the item(s) to be returned. We suggest asking UPS or FedEx for a signed release.
